Day 1: Met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta airport and transferred to Hilton Naiorbi (bed & breakfast).

Day 2: 8.00 a.m. drive (190 kms, 3 hrs) north through tea and coffee plantations to Mountain Lodge, built on stilts over a waterhole and salt lick where elephant, buffalo and several species of antelope come to drink. Arrive in time for lunch, dinner and overnight.

Day 3: 8:00 am after breakfast, drive north(215 kms, 4hrs), crossing the Equator to arrive at Samburu Serena Lodge along the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River for lunch. 3:30 pm game drive, where in addition to elephant you can expect to see some of Samburu's typically "northern species"; like the reticulated giraffe, beisa oryx, Grevy's zebra and the long-necked gerenuk. Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: 8.00 am after breakfast drive (295 kms, 5 hrs) via Thompson Falls to Lake Nakuru National Park in the great Rift Valley. Arrive at Lion Hill Lodge for lunch. 3.30 pm game drive. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: 8.00 .m. after breakfast drive (160 kms, 3 hrs) back to Nairobi for lunch. 2.00 p.m. transfer to Wilson airport for the 3.00 p.m. Airkenya flight (50 min.) to Masai Mara, Kenya's portion of the great Serengeti plains and home to lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, hyena and much more. Met on arrival at the airstrip and transferred to Kichwa Tembo Camp for a fullboard stay of 2 nights including morning (6.30 a.m.) and afternoon (3.30 p.m) game drives.

Day 6: Morning last game drive in the Mara. Return to the camp for lunch. 4.00 p.m. fly on Airkenya back to Nairobi. Met on arrival and transferred to Hilton Nairobi (bed & breakfast).

Included: fullboard accommodation on safari, bed & breakfast in Nairobi, all safari transport in one 8-seater minibus (7 window seats), with pop-up roof and English speaking driver/guide, airport transfers and all park entrance fees.

Not Included: Tips for guide and driver(we usually recommend $2 or $3 for the driver and $5 for the guide-all per peson per day), beverages, laundry, porterage, airport departure tax and all items of a personal nature.
